1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and uw99ph (hereinafter "uw99ph", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uw99ph website located at uw99ph.org and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the uw99ph website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the uw99ph platform and close any account you may hold.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on uw99ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine laws and regulations applicable to online gaming and gambling activities, participation in real-money wagering on uw99ph is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your access would violate applicable local laws or regulations.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of uw99ph or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, game providers, or service partners, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the uw99ph platform or had your account closed by uw99ph for violation of these Terms.

uw99ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements above will be suspended immediately, and any funds derived from ineligible wagering activity may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on uw99ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if any details change. uw99ph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify uw99ph support immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on uw99ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). uw99ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in your member dashboard and the payment methods section of this site.

Deposits are generally credited to your uw99ph account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. uw99ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or bank processing schedules.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• uw99ph reserves the right to perform security checks on withdrawal requests, which may cause additional processing delays of up to five (5) business days in exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the member dashboard and may vary by payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

uw99ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentive programs to registered members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all uw99ph bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• uw99ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations from already-claimed bonuses are honored.
• uw99ph may at its sole discretion withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotion winnings if it determines that the promotion was claimed in bad faith, through the use of exploits, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the uw99ph platform — including live casino tables, sportsbook markets, sabong events, slot titles, bingo, and arcade games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant product page. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

uw99ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all digital games and streams live casino content from licensed studios with professional dealers. The integrity of all game outcomes is subject to regular independent testing and certification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or data transmission error that affects the outcome of a game round, uw99ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Member's account balance. This is the sole remedy available to a Member in the event of a technical failure; no additional compensation will be provided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uw99ph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not authorized by uw99ph.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to immediate forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy intended to defraud uw99ph or other players.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds without intent to wager and immediately requesting withdrawal (commonly referred to as "money-cycling").
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or technical infrastructure of uw99ph.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication toward uw99ph staff or other members.

uw99ph reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

uw99ph is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

uw99ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 30 days) if you need a break.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the uw99ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, source code, trade names, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of uw99ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the uw99ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the uw99ph platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any uw99ph intellectual property.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated collection techniques on any part of the platform.
• Use the uw99ph name, logo, or brand marks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of uw99ph intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the uw99ph platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at uw99ph.org/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement.

By registering an account on uw99ph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

uw99ph employs industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit TLS encryption, secure data storage practices, and access controls — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and uw99ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uw99ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the uw99ph platform or Service — even if uw99ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, and without limiting the foregoing, uw99ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
• Any service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any wagering decisions made by you based on information or opinions expressed on the platform, including odds displays and game statistics.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, uw99ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uw99ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

uw99ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Non-compliance with a KYC verification request within a reasonable timeframe specified by uw99ph.
• Regulatory or legal requirement compelling uw99ph to restrict access to certain users or jurisdictions.

You may also close your uw99ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the uw99ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action or proceeding.

uw99ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or access.

14. Amendments

uw99ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, uw99ph will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the uw99ph platform after any such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately and request account closure as described in Section 12.
